  UMS is such a warm and welcoming place! Everyone there seems to truly care about the students. I was nervous, last year, leaving my oldest child for her first day at kindergarten, but I learned quickly that UMS is a kind and friendly community…

  I also love UMS. It’s a wonderful shool. I have son who will start MBS this year. He told me he will miss UMS. I also have a child entering Kindergarden this year and I am very excited for him, Because I know that he will love it. All the teachers are wonderful. I am so happy that the website has included this blog. It’s a great way to keep in touch. Bravo!!!!

  Annemarie,
  Thank you for your inquiry. We are a strong community here at UMS, thanks in large part to our parent volunteers. Your child’s teacher will be sending out a letter or newsletter, detailing information about volunteering in the classroom. For information on other volunteer opportunities within the school, please go to page 20 of the UMS Family Handbook (found on the UMS website – green tab on upper left corner).

  I am a senior at Colchester High School and I went to UMS. My best memories are in UMS. I miss it. The teachers arre caring and loving.
